Job description

Our dedicated office staff is always there to support our adjusters with the claim from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

As a Public Adjuster your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct a FREE inspection of the property to determine circumstances and coverage options of the possible claim.

  • Explain the Client the claim process and keep close contact with them throughout the whole claim.

  • Collect all required claim documents to submit the claim.

  • Attend all inspections necessary.

  • Keep an open communication with the Insurance carrier during the claim.

  • Negotiate a fair settlement with the Insurance Adjuster on behalf of the Client.

  • Maintain a continuous connection with the Client, informing them about the development of their claim, including the status of negotiations and settlement offers.

Fluency in Spanish is a Plus

Experience with estimating software (Xactimate) and scoping is preferred but not required.

Apprenticeship Available.

Job description

As a Public Adjuster Assistant you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.

You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

 

You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms

  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners

  • Maintain a filing system

  • Make travel arrangements​
